This website is operated by Prohibition Spirits LLC, a company registered in the USA with registered address 732 S 6TH ST STE N, LAS VEGAS, NV 89101 USA ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the processing described below. For any privacy inquiry, contact us at enter@drinknoctria.com.

We designed this site to collect as little data as possible. We do not sell data, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build visitor profiles.

Age verification

This site promotes an alcoholic beverage and is intended only for visitors of legal drinking age. When you visit:

  • We use your IP address to estimate your country, so we can show the correct legal drinking age for your location. The IP address is used for this lookup only and is not stored by us.
  • If you confirm you are of legal drinking age, we set a strictly necessary cookie containing only a boolean "age gate passed" flag. It expires after 30 days. It never contains your age or date of birth. Declining the gate stores nothing.

Analytics

We use PostHog Cloud (EU) in cookieless, anonymous mode to understand aggregate site usage. This means:

  • No analytics cookies or persistent identifiers are stored on your device (in-memory persistence only).
  • We do not identify individual visitors, and session replay is disabled.
  • Data is processed and stored in the European Union.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process the details you submit (name, email address, and your message) solely to respond to you:

  • Your message is delivered by Resend (our email delivery provider) to a single company inbox. We do not store submissions in any database or CRM.
  • The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical connection data to distinguish humans from bots.

We keep contact emails only as long as needed to handle your inquiry, in line with ordinary email retention at Prohibition Spirits LLC.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email enter@drinknoctria.com.
